Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. However, due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns will only be considered if the item:
- Is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival; and
- Remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@lafillesia.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Your request must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where applicable
Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and advise whether a replacement or refund will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare and personal care products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or promotional items
This policy is in place to protect product hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may receive a replacement for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
