Domestic Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier; estimated between 7–21 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders that meet the minimum purchase amount specified during promotions or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. La Fillesia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Undeliverable packages returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.
